Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB)

We had the opportunity to visit the CNIB state-of-the-art Guide Dog Canine Campus in Carlton Place, Ontario.

A key component of the Campus is the Dog Pod Project. These pods are enclosures that provide the animals with ample room for various activities. We donated one of these pods. In 2022, we became very interested when we heard about CNIB’s plans to create a guide-dog memorial garden and decided to fund this project. Construction is planned for Spring of 2023, with a grand opening celebration to follow.
